If your child had their photo retaken they will NOT receive a new code/paper. You can login to view the new photo using the original login/code. If they were absent on picture day and are having their photo taken for the first time on retake day they WILL have a half sheet of paper with a code.

– Remember if you select the free batch shipping your order is not sent to the lab right away. It means all orders are collected until after the deadline then sent to the lab.

-If you have ordered custom products (Magnets, Memory Mates, Buttons, Retouching etc.) each of those products must be made by hand before being sent to the lab.

-If your child’s name has changed since the beginning of the school year please contact us.
